BK Behavior is seeking trained Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and support clients in achieving individualized goals through ABA services. This role emphasizes one-on-one client work, collaboration with a clinical team, and data collection in home or community settings.

Ideal candidates are passionate about helping children with Autism, possess patience and calm communication, and hold or are pursuing RBT certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• RBT certification required before starting work.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, promoting independence and positive behavior.
• Work as part of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
