Job summary

  • Fluent in English; Mandarin a plus.
  • Willingness to work occasional weekends/public holidays with campaign calendars.

  • Own assigned workstreams from scoping to execution and follow-up.

  • Analyze category performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities, assortment gaps, and emerging consumer demands — translating insights into actionable plans with the commercial team
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track key performance metrics including GMV growth, traffic & conversion rates and campaign/ BAU performance
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute assortment and category strategies that drive revenue growth, sales conversion, and overall portfolio expansion
  • Serve as the venture PIC for assortment programs, coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely and effective execution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with seller engagement, account management, marketing, and regional teams to align on priorities and deliverables
  • Support campaign planning and execution (including mega campaigns and key double-digit events), with flexibility to work during peak periods
  • Take ownership of assigned workstreams and mini-projects, driving them from scoping through to execution and follow-up
Job Requirements
