Job summary

Odevo AB, in partnership with HOAdv, seeks a proactive Business Development Manager to create and nurture client relationships, prospect new opportunities for HOAdv to manage associations, and drive the proposal process from pricing to contract negotiations.

You will collaborate with HOAdv teams, attend meetings, and build industry networks to generate referrals and growth within designated markets. A strong emphasis on strategic outreach and relationship management is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, science or related discipline is required.
• At least three years of experience in industry business development or association-related arena.
• Experience supporting development of at least six proposals to sponsors.
• Active CAM license and/or GA real estate license (GREC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate designated markets and develop a strategic sales approach to target Associations.
• Establish initial meetings and make introductory presentations for HOADV services.
• Collaborate with HOADV Corporate and operations teams for full presentations when requested.
• Assist in transitioning to HOADV and maintain positive relationships with Association Boards.
• Build knowledge of the Association Industry and establish relevant relationships for referrals.
• Participate in marketing activities and industry events to promote HOADV services.
• Support the development of Association-specific contracts and proposals, including pricing.
• Attend regional meetings as scheduled and report outcomes to leadership.
• Track sales activities weekly using provided reporting tools.
• Support hiring and site visits as needed and maintain ongoing Board relationships.
