Job summary

Homeowners Advantage in Atlanta seeks a Business Development Manager to build and maintain client relationships, targeting homeowner associations and driving new management opportunities. You will sponsor interactions, develop proposals, and negotiate contracts with Association Boards.

Travel locally to events and work with HOADV teams to align proposals with pricing strategies. Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills are required, along with CAM license and GA real estate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• At least three years of experience in industry business development and/or association industry, with experience supporting six+ proposals.
• Ability to influence and persuade to achieve desired outcomes.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build client relationships and develop opportunities for HOADV to manage staffed Associations.
• Prospect and network to establish new opportunities with Association Boards.
• Assist in developing and facilitating proposal processes including pricing and contract negotiations.
• Coordinate with HOADV corporate/operational teams for presentations and smooth transitions.
• Maintain relationships with Association Boards and track sales activities.
