Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking an Associate Workstation to support client environments in Denver, CO on-site. The role is a 06 - 12+ months contract with long-term potential, with a pay range of $18.50/hr - $20.50/hr including benefits such as health, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Responsibilities include field support, deskside service, and device deployment. Travel to nearby client facilities may be required; the work week is Monday to Friday with a 40-hour schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience with PC support, including deployment.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with PC hardware troubleshooting and repair.
• Well-versed in installing Windows, software, antivirus, and patches.
• Minimum 1-year experience with direct client interaction.
• Analytical and critical thinker IT Security best practices.
• Working knowledge of modern networking devices and printers.
• Able to configure VPN and server/client-side hardware and software.
• Proficient in working with end-users remotely.
• Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Windows 7 and 10.
• Familiar with active directory security and policies.

• Shift: Monday-Friday, 40 hours a week

Job description

Immediate need for a talented Associate Workstation. This is a 06 - 12+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Denver, CO(Onsite).

Key Responsibilities:

• Note: May required travel to nearby client's facilities up to 50 miles radius (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Shift: Monday-Friday, 40 hours a week
• Parking Situation: Free Parking
• Dress Code: Business Casual
• Role: Client Facing - field support (Refresh, Deskside Support) in recent experience
• What is the max value of the equipment that someone may be asked to carry in their personal vehicle?
• 2 to 3 systems total value approximately $3k, anything beyond that we need to be made aware as the site is not following proper Sox controls
• How frequently would travel occur where equipment would be transported in personal vehicle?
• Anytime a technician is doing a remote refresh, he/she will carry said equipment in car, this could be daily
• What is the average distance that equipment may be transported in personal vehicle?
• Most site average distance is 20 miles
• Driving :
• Will Workstation PC Technician contingent workers be asked to drive a CLIENT's vehicle for any purpose?
• We have sites that have CLIENT's Vehicle fleet and the techs are trained and certified before being granted or asked to drive a CLIENT's Vehicle, part of the certification ensure insurance coverage through CLIENT.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience with PC support, including deployment.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with PC hardware troubleshooting and repair.
