Job summary

You will supervise caregivers, implement care plans based on resident preferences, and promote health maintenance while upholding Cascade Living Group values. Evening/weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered LPN or RN license.
• Compassionate professional who represents our community in a positive and professional manner.
• Effective communicator with staff, residents and families.
• Ownership mindset with ability to stay focused amid interruptions.
• Demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the quality of life by maintaining the highest possible quality and consistency in resident care.
• Implement residents’ personal care plans, focusing on strengths, preferences and routines.
• Assist in training and monitoring of medication care administration.
• Demonstrate strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Monitor the performance of caregivers to assure quality care.
• Educate residents and staff about health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Promote the Cascade Living Group mission, values and beliefs.
