Job summary

Proofpoint is seeking an Associate Triage Analyst to support alert triage and operational checks for PCMS customers in Saipan, Northern Mariana Islands. You will monitor events, escalate issues through approved channels, and help generate client-facing reports.

This role supports adherence to the ISO 27001 ISMS and security training requirements. The position is full-time and on-site, offering collaboration across global teams and opportunities to contribute to data protection across email,

Proofpoint PCMS is responsible for information protection that provides unmatched visibility into data risk by analyzing content, behavior, and threats from a cloud-native console, stopping data loss while saving time and operational cost.The Associate Triage Analyst (ATA) will be responsible for assisting with the monitoring of events for Proofpoint's PCMS customers and escalating all necessary events to the customers via approved escalation paths. TA’s will assist with reporting in support of internal teams and our customers. Ensure all tasks performed adhere to the company’s ISO 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS). This includes participation in annual information and network security training and acceptance of spot checks on an ad hoc basis to guarantee that Proofpoint is constantly improving upon the organization’s ISMS.
