Job summary

SOL Mental Health in Vienna, VA is seeking therapists-in-training and licensed professionals to provide outpatient therapy under supervision, supporting your path to full licensure.

You will work with a diverse client population, use evidence-based approaches, and participate in supervision and team collaboration, with a structured career path and built-in licensure support.

Qualifications

• Pre-Independently licensed in VA (working toward LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC)
• Experience in direct clinical care (Internship experience counts)
• Strong communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow as a clinician
