Job summary

SOL Mental Health in Parker, SD is looking for a licensed clinician to provide outpatient therapy and support licensure through built-in supervision. You’ll work with a diverse client population, applying evidence-based approaches and collaborating with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Pre-Independently licensed in Colorado; pursuing LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC.
• Experience in direct clinical care (internship counts).
• Strong communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow as a clinician.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy to a diverse client population.
• Build skills using evidence-based approaches.
• Work with anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, and more.
• Participate in supervision and team collaboration.

• $50,000 – $65,000+ inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical hour-based incentives
