Job summary

SOL Mental Health in Baltimore is hiring for an LP/LCSW/LMHC-aspiring clinician to provide outpatient therapy with supervision toward full licensure. The role offers a structured start in a collaborative, growth-focused team and a Baltimore office space coming soon.

Anticipated Start Date is 2027. Compensation includes a guaranteed base with hour-based incentives and a robust benefits package, plus support for licensure and ongoing CEUs.

Qualifications

• Must be MD-licensed in MD and working toward LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC.
• Experience in direct clinical care (Internship experience counts).
• Strong communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow as a clinician.

What You Bring
