Job summary

BioHorizons Implant Systems is seeking an Associate Territory Manager for Long Island to support sales, build relationships with dental professionals, and deliver product education and demonstrations. You will work with the territory team to meet targets and expand market presence in dental implants.

The role requires a B.S. or equivalent, about 1 year of dental/medical sales experience, and willingness to travel within the territory, including overnight trips.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 1 year of B2B sales experience desired.
• Background in dental implants or clinical environments is a plus.
• Willing to travel within the assigned territory, including overnight travel.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

Salary Range: $55,000.00 To $65,000.00 Annually

The Associate Territory Manager will support sales activities, develop customer relationships, provide technical expertise to dental professionals, staff educational courses and tradeshows.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the territory sales manager in achieving sales targets and market growth
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned accounts and territory
• Present product demonstrations and educate dental professionals on the benefits and usage of dental implant products
• Build strong relationships with dentists, oral surgeons, periodontists, and other dental professionals
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring product satisfaction
• Conduct follow-ups and maintain regular communication with clients.
• Offer on-site technical support during implant surgeries and product procedures
• Train clinical staff on product usage and best practices
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the product portfolio and industry advancements
• Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and account records in the CRM system
• Manage product inventory and coordinate orders with supply chain teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and training departments
• Attend sales meetings and trade shows to showcase our products and stay updated on industry trends
• Assist in creating materials for sales meetings and presentations

Requirements:

• B.S. required and/or equivalent work experience required
• 1 year of previous business to business sales experience desired
• Background in dental implants or clinical environments is a plus
• Base salary of $55k-$65k with a quarterly bonus opportunity up to $20k annually.
