Job summary

BioHorizons is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to support sales, develop client relationships, and provide technical expertise to dental professionals in the Hoover, AL area. The role includes staff education, demonstrations, and participation in events to grow market share and educate customers.

You will support the territory manager, identify new business, build strong relationships, and provide exceptional service while maintaining accurate CRM data and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• B.S. or equivalent work experience required.
• 1 year of B2B sales experience desired.
• Background in dental implants or clinical environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Associate Territory Manager will support sales activities, develop customer relationships, provide technical expertise to dental professionals, staff educational courses and tradeshows.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the territory sales manager in achieving sales targets and market growth
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned accounts and territory
• Present product demonstrations and educate dental professionals on the benefits and usage of dental implant products
• Build strong relationships with dentists, oral surgeons, periodontists, and other dental professionals
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring product satisfaction
• Conduct follow-ups and maintain regular communication with clients.
• Offer on-site technical support during implant surgeries and product procedures
• Train clinical staff on product usage and best practices
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the product portfolio and industry advancements
• Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and account records in the CRM system
• Manage product inventory and coordinate orders with supply chain teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and training departments
• Attend sales meetings and trade shows to showcase our products and stay updated on industry trends
• Assist in creating materials for sales meetings and presentations

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Technical aptitude to understand product specifications and clinical procedures
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to travel within the assigned territory including overnight travel as necessary
• Valid drivers license

Requirements:

• B.S. required and/or equivalent work experience required
• 1 year of previous business to business sales experience desired
• Background in dental implants or clinical environments is a plus
• Base salary of $55k-$65k with a quarterly bonus opportunity up to $20k annually.
