Job summary

Hiossen is seeking a Territory Representative for the Jacksonville area to drive sales, promote products, and build relationships with dental offices. After completing our training, you will visit customers, implement territory plans, and pursue growth opportunities to expand market share.

You will conduct prospecting, client visits, and seminars, while coordinating with internal teams on receivables and reporting feedback for product improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years as a direct sales representative in a related field.
• Experience in dental implants or medical devices is preferred.
• Ability to manage a defined territory and travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and cultivate new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth and increase market share of Hiossen products.
• Execute daily outbound calls, client visits, and follow-up activities to meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic sales activity plans tailored to maximize results within your assigned territory.
• Conduct in-person visits to a minimum of six dental offices each day to build relationships and support customer needs.
• Deliver exceptional service to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and ensure ongoing customer loyalty.
• Support branch sales initiatives by maintaining high standards of service quality and identifying cross selling opportunities.
• Actively recruit dentists and dental professionals for Hiossen educational seminars, ensuring robust attendance and engagement.
• Collaborate with internal departments to assist with collection of outstanding accounts receivables.
• Participate in and complete Hiossen’s product training programs to gain expertise in offerings and sales procedures.

As a Territory Representative, you will be supporting the development of business activities in a defined territory. You will be exploring sales growth opportunities and sales development to our current partners as well as cultivating new relationships. In this position, after successfully completing our 2-week product & territory management training and level-assessment program, you will visit assigned customers on a regular basis to promote products, relate new product information, and receive feedback on our company’s products and services.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Must have at least (3) years of successful experience as a direct sales representative
• Prior experience in the dental implant or medical devices field is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a territory of similar size and scope.
• Completion of formalized sales training course(s) preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must have the ability to travel within your assigned territory.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Prolonged periods of sitting, walking, and standing at customer’s office and other meeting locations.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
• Must be able to drive.
