Job summary

BioHorizons IPH, Inc. seeks an Associate Territory Manager to drive sales in Eastern WA, including Spokane, educating dental professionals on implant products and supporting account growth.

The role requires a B.S. or equivalent, 1 year of B2B sales experience, and willingness to travel within the territory. Competitive base salary plus quarterly bonus, comprehensive benefits, and 401(k) matching offered.

Qualifications

• B.S. or equivalent is required or 1+ years of relevant sales experience.
• 1 year of B2B sales experience preferred.
• Background in dental implants or clinical environments is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within Eastern WA; overnight travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist territory sales manager in achieving sales targets and market growth.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned accounts and territory.
• Present product demonstrations and educate dental professionals on implant products.
• Build relationships with dentists, oral surgeons, periodontists, and other dental professionals.
• Provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries and resolve concerns.
• Conduct follow-ups and maintain regular client communication.
• Offer on-site technical support during implant surgeries and product procedures.
• Train clinical staff on product usage and best practices.
• Maintain knowledge of product portfolio and industry trends.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM records.
• Coordinate product orders with supply chain teams.
• Collaborate with marketing and training departments.
• Attend sales meetings and trade shows; assist in materials creation.

Associate Territory Manager - Eastern, WA

Regular Full-Time WA, US

Salary Range: $60,000.00 To $70,000.00 Annually

The Associate Territory Manager will support sales activities, develop customer relationships, provide technical expertise to dental professionals, staff educational courses and tradeshows. The ideal candidate will live in the Eastern WA, Spokane, Northern Idaho, C oeur d’Alene area.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the territory sales manager in achieving sales targets and market growth
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned accounts and territory
• Present product demonstrations and educate dental professionals on the benefits and usage of dental implant products
• Build strong relationships with dentists, oral surgeons, periodontists, and other dental professionals
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring product satisfaction
• Conduct follow-ups and maintain regular communication with clients.
• Offer on-site technical support during implant surgeries and product procedures
• Train clinical staff on product usage and best practices
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the product portfolio and industry advancements
• Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and account records in the CRM system
• Manage product inventory and coordinate orders with supply chain teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and training departments
• Attend sales meetings and trade shows to showcase our products and stay updated on industry trends
• Assist in creating materials for sales meetings and presentations

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Requirements:

• B.S. required and/or equivalent work experience required
• 1 year of previous business to business sales experience desired
• Background in dental implants or clinical environments is a plus
• Base salary of $65k-$70k with a quarterly bonus opportunity up to $20k annually.
