Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $19.00 per hour

Performing daily setup and routine operation of packaging lines, including equipment such as Bottle in-feed, Unscrambler, Filler, Capper, Torquer, Labeler, Vision Systems, Weighing Systems, and Bar Coding Systems
Ensuring a safe work environment by following all safety procedures, company guidelines, and ergonomic practices, including proper use of PPE and compliance with cGMPs and OSHA standards
Participating in continuous improvement initiatives, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting with predictive and preventive maintenance
Maintaining, cleaning, and organizing the work area using 5S practices
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet production schedules, deadlines, and operational goals
Supporting the development of training programs and cross-training other operators as needed
Have previous experience in a manufacturing, packaging, or production environment (preferred)
Are comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and adapting to new technologies
Value teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
Are willing to learn, upskill, and share knowledge within an autonomous team culture
Have a strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards
Have a HS Diploma or equivalent
Are able to work 1st shift in Myerstown, PA
