Job summary

Sprinto, an Autonomous Trust Platform, seeks a leadership role in Professional Services to convert customer needs into defined offerings, delivery plans, and pricing. You will create scalable team structures, ensure delivery quality, and build strong audit partner relationships.

You will collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to improve the product and the customer journey, translating feedback into concrete enhancements. This role is based in the United States.

• Establish quality reviews, escalation mechanisms, delivery metrics, and customer feedback loops.
• Protect the integrity and authenticity of compliance evidence produced during engagements.
• Lead Audit Delivery Partnerships: Define the strategy and operating model for Sprinto's audit and assurance partner ecosystem.
• Maintain safeguards around auditor independence, conflicts of interest, and customer choice.
• Build senior relationships with audit firms while preserving the independence of their professional judgment.
• Improve the Product and Customer Journey: Work closely with Product to convert recurring delivery, customer, and auditor feedback into product improvements.
• Identify where customers struggle with controls, evidence, integrations, workflows, or audit preparation.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to set realistic expectations and enable teams to explain offerings accurately.
