Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in real estate, urban planning, construction management, geography, economics, public policy, business related disciplines, or another field with clear overlap in real estate theory or practice, with degree completion required no later than September 2027.
• Evidence of outstanding teaching or professional practice expertise in real estate or related discipline.
• Expertise in leading or coordinating academic programs.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and assess instruction across undergraduate and graduate programs; support student learning and success.
• Teach 24 credit hours per academic year on campus; may teach large lectures and small seminars across levels.
• As Director of Programs, oversee curriculum updates, scheduling, onboarding, and instructor coordination; lead monthly instructor meetings.
