Qualifications

• Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in real estate, urban planning, construction management, geography, economics, public policy, business related disciplines, or another field with clear overlap in real estate theory or practice.
• Strong record of outstanding teaching or professional practice expertise in real estate or a closely related discipline.
• Expertise in leading or coordinating academic programs.

Responsibilities

• Teach 24 credit hours per academic year and participate in service on committees.
• Design, deliver, and assess instruction across undergraduate and graduate programs.
• Lead curriculum planning and coordinate scheduling and program initiatives.
