Job summary

Luzerne County Head Start in the United States is seeking a dedicated early childhood education assistant to support 3- and 4-year-olds under the Head Start program. Conditions of Employment
Luzerne County Head Start, Inc. requires staff to possess current, valid Background Clearances (3). Proof of education required to meet the qualifications for position.

FULL TIME, 37.5 hrs/wk- Working a school schedule (10 months) August-June annually, with an established summer break between school years.

Rate of Pay – Based on Education:

AA in ECE Degree – $18.62/hr
CDA – $16.99/hr
HS Diploma/GED – $16.43/hr
For those who possess Bilingual Abilities (Eng/Spanish) – 5% additional pay
