Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a team-oriented member to provide overall support to the Talent Acquisition Department and deliver customer service to all internal and external customers.
The role includes recruitment project support, scheduling phone screens and onsite interviews, administering candidate assessments and ATS updates, and collaboration with other TA Partners. Travel up to 25% and a Monday–Friday schedule from 7 AM to 5 PM are expected.

This position provides overall support to the Talent Acquisition Department and customer service to all internal and external customers.
Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or Education preferred
Experience: Three to six months of administrative experience in Human Resources
or
High School Diploma or GED
Travel: up to 25%
Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. Ability to work a flexible schedule is necessary.
