Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition administrative support role to assist with recruiting projects and provide excellent customer service to applicants and employees. The position requires coordinating schedules, posting roles, and tracking candidate progress.

The role supports ACE program recruitment and collaborates with colleagues to align with our culture and values, with a standard 7 AM–5 PM weekday schedule and up to 25% travel as needed.

Qualifications

  • Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or Education preferred
  • Experience: Three to six months of administrative experience in Human Resources or High School Diploma or GED
  • Travel: up to 25%
  • Work Schedule: 7 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday; flexible schedule is necessary

Responsibilities

  • Supports Recruiting projects and initiatives in multiple areas.
  • Provides customer service to internal and external customers (i.e. applicants and current employees).
  • Supports the recruitment process (posts open positions to external recruitment sites, schedules phone screens, schedules onsite interviews as needed, administers candidate assessments, schedules and updates Applicant Tracking System).
  • Support other Talent Acquisition Partners in high school and college recruitment as needed.
  • Supports the processing and tracking of ACE program candidates
  • Demonstrates approachability and ability to collaborate with others and effectively influence.
  • Demonstrates an acceptance of the company culture (adhere to the company's core values) and an adoption of professional standards.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Minimum Requirements

  • Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. Ability to work a flexible schedule is necessary.
