Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to interview, screen, and extend offers to potential field and office employees. The role supports the Talent and Workforce Management functions and implements HR initiatives across the organization.

Minimum requirements include a Bachelor’s in HR, Communications or Business and one year of HR experience. Travel 20–50% is expected, with standard hours Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and flexibility as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communication or Business.
  • One year of Human Resources experience required.
  • Alternative: Associate’s degree with two years of HR admin experience.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts presentations at high schools and technical schools and attends recruiting events.
  • Searches for qualified candidates using databases, networks, and referrals.
  • Screens and refers applicants to hiring personnel and makes hiring recommendations.
  • Interviews applicants for current and future opportunities.
  • Maintains relationships with hiring managers and attends staffing meetings.
  • Participates in professional and trade organizations.
  • Processes candidates after interviews and handles new hire paperwork as needed.
  • Advises hiring managers on HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
  • Keeps current knowledge of HR laws and trends.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for interviewing, screening, and extending offers to potential field and office employees. Additionally, this role assists the Talent and Workforce Management functions in the successful implementation of various departmental initiatives and programs.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communication, or Business

Experience: One year of Human Resources experience

or

Education: An Associate’s degree

Experience: Two years administrative experience in Human Resources

Travel: 20-50%

Work Schedule: Typical work hours are between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday; However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conducts presentations at high schools and technical schools. Establishes and maintains relationships with area schools. Also, attends various recruiting events.
  • Performs searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, internet recruiting resources, media, recruiting firms, and employee referrals to effectively fill positions.
  • Screens and refers applicants to hiring personnel in the organization, making hiring recommendations when appropriate.
  • Interviews applicants for posted and future employment opportunities.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs. Attends weekly staffing meetings.
  • Actively participates in professional and trade related organizations.
  • Processes candidates, as appropriate, after interviewing. Completes new hire paperwork, as needed.
  • Assists with providing guidance and interpretation to hiring managers with regards to Human Resources policies, procedures, practices, and initiatives.
  • Maintains current knowledge of various HR laws, practices, procedures, and trends.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
