Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. seeks an Administrative Assistant to provide essential office support, manage calendars, prepare memos, and assist multiple departments to keep workflows smooth.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and a professional, detail-oriented approach; hours are 7 AM-5 PM, Monday–Friday, with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 6 months to 1 year of administrative experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
  • Assist in filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Assist with the organization and coordination of office events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Support team members with administrative requests as needed.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

The Administrative Assistant provides essential support to office operations by handling routine clerical tasks, organizing schedules, and assisting various departments to ensure efficient workflow.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience: Six months to one year of administrative experience or Education: Associate's degree Experience: Three to six months of administrative experience, with proficiency in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook, strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and attention to detail and problem solving abilities
  • Travel: 0-5%
  • Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. Overtime may be required. However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.
