ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Systems Analyst to join our team in Crane, Indiana. This is an onsite position.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and forward-thinking member to join our team and be at the forefront of innovation. As a core member, you will assist in research & design, engineering, integration, testing, training, logistics, laboratory research, field engineering, and acquisition and operations analysis in support of various Navy and Marine Corps programs and projects, focusing on defensive cyber technologies, mission assurance, and resilience capabilities for the tactical network environment. Your efforts will contribute to significantly increasing the warfighter’s effectiveness. Responsibilities Include:

1. Formulate and define system scope and objectives for assigned projects.
2. Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems, considering computer equipment capacity, limitations, operating time, and desired results.
3. Prepare detailed specifications for program development.
4. Responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
5. Possess full technical knowledge of all phases of application systems analysis and programming.
6. Maintain a good understanding of the business or function for which applications are designed.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• 1+ years of experience in the field or a related area
• Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Experience with cloud-based systems
• Experience working in a Linux environment

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience with Six Sigma and root cause analysis
• Skill in organizing and delivering presentations, both oral and written
• Understanding of virtualization technologies

Clearance Requirements:

• Must have a current/active Secret Clearance

Physical Requirements:

• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally, move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or communicate with co-workers, management, and customers via email, phone, or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
