UGG, a division of Deckers Brands, is seeking an Associate Store Manager in Chicago to lead and develop a high-performing team while delivering the premium UGG shopping experience.

You will partner with the Store Manager to recruit, train, and coach associates, manage inventory and budgeting, and ensure adherence to brand standards and programs. This role emphasizes coaching, service, and results in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Two to five years minimum retail store management experience.
• Associates Degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing store team.
• Manage inventory, cash, and labor with store operations.
• Support budgeting, financial planning, and sales goal communication.
• Implement visual merchandising and maintain brand standards.
• Coach staff and participate in performance reviews.
