Job summary

UGG, a division of Deckers Brands, is seeking a Store Manager in Chicago to lead a high-performing team, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and drive store performance.

You will recruit, train, coach and develop team members, manage inventory, cash and labor, and execute visual merchandising directions to promote the brand image and achieve revenue goals. Strong leadership and communication required.

Qualifications

• 4 years minimum retail store management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team and customers.
• Excellent leadership skills and experience managing people in a customer-facing environment.
• Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and cost management for a store of comparable seasonality, volume and size
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate resources to meet business goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and motivate effective teams that engage customers and strengthen business results.
• Oversee store inventory, cash and labor; execute visual merchandising directions.
• Maintain store standards to promote brand image and deliver revenue goals.
