Job summary

UGG, a division of Deckers Brands, is seeking an Associate Store Manager for our Chicago store. You will partner with the Store Manager to recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team while upholding premium customer service standards.

You will help manage inventory, cash, labor, and budgeting, and you will implement merchandise strategies to enhance the brand experience and store profitability.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with recruiting, hiring, training, and development of store team.
• Manage inventory, cash, and labor to meet store goals.
• Support budgeting and financial planning; communicate sales goals and new programs to team.
• Implement visual merchandising directions and maintain store standards that promote the Brand image.
• Coach and develop team members; participate in performance reviews and yearly evaluations.
