Job summary

Deckers Brands, owner of UGG, is seeking an Associate Store Manager in Chicago to lead a high-performing team and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will partner with the Store Manager on hiring, training, and development, while upholding UGG LIFE service standards and visual merchandising guidance.

You will drive store performance through inventory and labor management, budgeting support, and alignment with brand goals.

Qualifications

2–5 years of retail store management experience.
Associates Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Strong communication and the ability to convey Deckers Brands vision and mission.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing a store team.
Uphold training standards and ensure product knowledge and operational programs.
Promote and elevate the quality of customer service per UGG LIFE.
Motivate team to meet goals and drive performance.
Manage inventory, cash, and labor.
Assist in budgeting and financial planning.
Communicate sales goals and new programs to the team.
