Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Store Director to maximize profitability and brand connection.
• Own your designated division (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology with accountability.
• Support recruiting, training and development efforts.
• Partner with Store Director and management team to foster a collaborative working environment.
• Ensure the team consistently exceeds goals and delivers best-in-class service.
• Develop innovative ways to engage the community and build loyalty through events.
• When needed, step into various roles on the sales floor.
