Job summary

RXO, Inc. is seeking an Associate Specialist, Logistics to monitor drivers’ delivery activity, schedule, and address routing issues. You will have heavy phone contact with customers and contracted drivers, and handle billing and data-entry tasks.

This second shift runs 3pm–midnight and requires strong multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Join RXO and support our nationwide logistics network with attention to detail and customer service.

As an Associate Specialist, Logistics at RXO, you will be responsible for monitoring drivers’ delivery activity, scheduling, delivery and routing issues with external customers and contracted drivers. Position involves heavy phone contact between external customers and contracted drivers. In addition, the position is responsible for billing and data entry tasks.

This would be a second shift role covering hours 3pm-midnight.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Assemble multiple routes for customer orders within a market

• Resolve any customer issues, complaints and answer questions

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• Experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

It’d be great if you have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-year related experience including call center experience
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues
• Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills

This job requires the ability to:

• Lift up to 25 pounds
