Job summary
North Carolina Sound of Goldsboro, LLC (NC Sound) seeks an Associate Sales Engineer to bridge customer needs with technical solutions across Eastern North Carolina. The role emphasizes security integration, AV, and low voltage systems while collaborating with operations and installation teams.
The ideal candidate will design integrated solutions, conduct site surveys, and develop scopes of work, proposals, and estimates.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in electronic security and related systems.
- Strong ability to present to customers and discuss technical requirements.
- Valid driver's license and regional travel availability.
Responsibilities
- Meet with customers to understand challenges and technical requirements.
- Design and recommend integrated solutions including security and AV systems.
- Conduct site surveys and gather project requirements.
- Develop scopes of work, system designs, proposals, and estimates.
- Create and review layouts, drawings, and technical documentation.
- Partner with operations, project management, and installation teams to ensure project success.
- Present solutions as a trusted technical advisor during the sales process.
- Stay current on emerging technologies and manufacturer product lines.
