First Help Financial, LLC is seeking a Skip Tracing Associate to locate collateral and coordinate repossessions from a remote location across the USA. You will work with Recovery Agents and use various sources to identify accurate addresses and contact information.
Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of skip tracing in auto recovery, plus banking or collections background. The role offers a competitive hourly rate, bonus eligibility, and opportunities in a fast-growing Loss Mitigation team.

Your Location: Remote Anywhere within the USA.
You Report To: Associate Manager, Skip Tracing.
Your Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm EST.
Your Compensation: $20.18/hour plus a bonus!

The primary role of the Skip Tracing Associate is to successfully assign, track, and coordinate all approved repossessions. The Asset Associate will follow First Help Financials’ process for all repossession activities. A successful candidate will have moderate comprehension of repossessions and excellent communication skills. The primary objective of the position is recovery collateral efficiently to mitigate losses.
