Job summary

Oracle seeks a learner-oriented professional to guide customers under supervision, completing development tasks to support automation and delivery of solutions. You will learn to own basic reactive technical assistance in a chosen specialty, assist customers with installations and configurations, and contribute to customer deliverables and documentation.

With supervision you will analyze problems, provide documented solutions ready for testing, and leverage insights to help define new service

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to customers under supervision.
• Complete assigned development tasks to learn to support optimizations (e.g. automation) of solutions and technical delivery.
• Learn to take ownership of basic reactive technical assistance in chosen technical specialty.
• Assist customers with basic installations and configuration of software products under supervision.
• References and contributes to customer deliverables and documentation to help customers implement solutions.
• Performs problem analysis with supervision, providing documented technical solutions ready for customers to implement, test, and maintain.
• Learns to leverage customer insights to identify new service offerings and learns to deliver presentations to build understanding of solutions.
