Orcapod Consulting Services seeks a senior IT recruitment specialist to manage end-to-end hiring for C2H and permanent roles. You will source through Naukri and LinkedIn, screen for fit, coordinate interviews, and drive timely closures.

You will maintain candidate pipelines and engage with candidates, clients, and internal teams, handling offers, joining formalities, and follow-ups in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 15 years of IT recruitment experience, with exposure to C2H and Permanent Staffing.
• Hands-on end-to-end recruitment and candidate lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of IT technologies, roles, and skills.
• Sourcing using Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
• Experience handling multiple reqs and meeting TAT and hiring targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and candidate management skills.
• Ability to coordinate with candidates, clients and internal stakeholders.
• Experience in offer closure, counter-offer handling and joining follow-ups.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT C2H (Contract-to-Hire) and Permanent positions.
• Understand hiring requirements and source relevant candidates through Naukri.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, notice period, compensation, and role fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain regular communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Handle offer negotiation, documentation, joining formalities, and follow-ups to ensure successful closures.

Preferred candidate profile

• 15 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably with strong exposure to C2H and Permanent Staffing.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate lifecycle management.
• Good understanding of IT technologies, job roles, and technical skill sets.
• Strong sourcing experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
