Job summary

The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment, source via Naukri and LinkedIn, screen technical profiles, coordinate interviews, and drive offer negotiations while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of IT Recruitment / Technical Recruitment experience.
• Strong experience in FTE / Permanent hiring.
• Mandatory experience with Deloitte client requirements.
• Knowledge of IT technologies and technical profiles.
• Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills.
• Experience with Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong candidate communication and negotiation skills.
• Good stakeholder/client coordination skills.
• End-to-end recruitment experience.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for FTE/Permanent IT positions.
• Work on technical requirements for the Deloitte client.
• Identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, portals, referrals, and Boolean searches.
• Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, and compensation.
• Coordinate interviews with technical teams and clients.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates through the process.
• Negotiate salary, rollout offers, and manage acceptances.
• Follow up during notice period and ensure joining.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and client teams.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide updates.
• Achieve recruitment targets and closure timelines.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, technical sourcing, stakeholder coordination, and offer closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on technical requirements for the Deloitte client.
• Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
