Job summary

YES Communities, Inc. is seeking an Associate Risk Manager to support the administration and execution of enterprise risk management, insurance, safety, and claims across a national portfolio.

You will collaborate with operations, carriers, brokers, TPAs, and legal counsel to reduce risk and improve outcomes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and service‑oriented with experience in insurance, risk management, claims administration, or property operations, with room to grow

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–7 years in risk management, insurance, or claims administration.
• Experience in multifamily real estate or property management is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage administration of property, casualty, workers' comp, auto, umbrella, cyber, and management liability insurance programs.
• Support claims reporting, documentation, and loss run reviews for management.
• Develop risk analyses, dashboards, and loss prevention initiatives.
