Job summary

WellSpan Health is seeking a risk management professional to provide system‑wide risk management services. You will evaluate financial and property loss risks, arrange appropriate insurance coverage, and manage the claims process to ensure prompt, compliant handling.

You will oversee day‑to‑day claims operations, direct litigation and claims activity, and assume the Risk Manager's duties in their absence. This position supports the organization’s risk governance and financial resilience.

Responsibilities

• Ensures each claim is handled promptly, appropriately, and in accordance with company policy.
