Job summary

YES Communities seeks an Associate Risk Manager in Denver, CO to manage enterprise risk, insurance programs, safety, and claims across a national portfolio.

You will work closely with operations, carriers, brokers, TPAs, and legal counsel to mitigate exposure and ensure compliance while supporting loss-control initiatives and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, Safety, or related field.
• ARM or Property & Casualty Insurance Broker License required.
• 3–7 years in risk management, insurance, claims administration, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration of property, casualty, workers' comp, auto, umbrella, cyber, and management liability programs.
• Coordinate underwriting submissions, data collection, and policy renewals.
• Support claims, incident management, and loss-reservation tracking.
• Analyze loss trends and assist with safety initiatives and risk controls.
