Job summary

Embry‑Riddle Aeronautical University seeks an Associate Registrar for Technology and Compliance to lead a team of business analysts and transcript staff. You will guide technology strategy for registrar systems and ensure compliance with university policies, accreditation standards, and state/federal regulations.

In this role, you will collaborate with IT, admissions, and academic affairs to optimize data quality, reporting, and service delivery, while developing long- and short-term technology

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree required; candidates with a bachelor’s degree and substantial leadership experience may be considered.
• Minimum 5–10 years of related work experience in higher education or administration.
• Experience with enterprise student information systems and regulatory reporting.
• Ability to translate complex system changes into practical guidance for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Staff development and performance metrics for a technology-focused registrar team.
• Serve as technical expert for core student information systems and related technologies.
• Coordinate data transmission and reporting to internal and external entities.
• Develop and manage change-management communications for system implementations.
• Ensure compliance with FERPA and federal/state reporting requirements.
