• Provide staff development and maintain productivity metrics.
• Serve as technical expert for student information system applications.
• Coordinate data transmission to internal/external entities and respond to ad hoc reporting requests.
• Develop clear communications for system changes and manage change initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with FERPA and other data-security policies.
