Ripon College is seeking an experienced Associate Registrar to operationalize academic policy, maintain records integrity, and enhance the student experience. You will lead systems implementation and manage processes for the academic cycle, including registration, degree audits, and reporting.

Ideal candidates are student-focused higher education professionals who excel in process improvement, data fidelity, and confidentiality, with a collaborative mindset to support campus partners.

Competenze

• Strong written and verbal communication to explain policies to students, faculty, alumni, and external partners.
• Proactive troubleshooting of system issues and process improvements for reporting.
• Ability to work across departments and support cross-functional administrative initiatives.
• Familiarity with FERPA compliance and higher education privacy standards.

Mansioni

• Lead workflows for course offerings, schedule building, waitlists, registration, and grade collections.
• Oversee academic standing evaluations including Dean’s List and probations.
• Prepare and configure SIS, MyRipon portal, and website for cycles and windows.
• Coordinate degree audits, diploma preparation, and Commencement planning with Registrar.
• Supervise 2–5 student workers and mentor staff.
