Worldwide Recruitment Solutions (WRS) is seeking an ambitious Recruiter to join our Energies team in the Houston area. The role offers ownership of a full-desk recruitment process across Power Generation, Renewables, Oil & Gas and Construction markets.

You will develop your own market, build relationships with new and existing clients, identify vacancies, and source top candidates via LinkedIn and our systems. Autonomy with support from a global firm and uncapped commission awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience in Energies markets is beneficial but not essential.
• Sales or business development background welcomed to build relationships.
• Ambitious, commercially driven with drive and resilience.
• Role is a full-desk recruitment position (contract market) with ownership.

Worldwide Recruitment Solutions (WRS) is looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Recruiter to join our growing Energies team in the Houston area (close to Seabrook).

This is an opportunity to build your own contract desk within some of the most active and exciting sectors in the US, including Power Generation, Renewables, Oil & Gas and Construction.

Recruitment or industry experience within one of these markets would be beneficial, but it isn't essential. We're equally interested in people with a strong sales or business development background who have the determination, confidence and ambition to build relationships, develop new business and create their own success.

The Role

This is a full-desk recruitment position (contract market), giving you ownership of both the candidate and client side of the recruitment process.

You'll be responsible for developing your own market, building relationships with new and existing clients, identifying hiring opportunities and finding the right candidates to fill them.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Developing new business and building your own client base
• Building long-term relationships with clients across the Energies sector
• Identifying new vacancies and recruitment opportunities
• Sourcing and engaging candidates through LinkedIn, our recruitment systems, referrals and your own network
• Managing candidates throughout the full recruitment process
• Presenting suitable candidates to clients and arranging interviews
• Negotiating terms, offers and placements
• Developing your knowledge of your chosen market and becoming a trusted recruitment partner
• Maintaining a strong pipeline of both clients and candidates

You'll have the support of an established global recruitment business behind you, but we'll also give you the autonomy to take ownership of your desk and build it.
