Job summary

Latham & Watkins is seeking an Associate Recruiting Coordinator to support entry-level hiring and the summer program across our Bay Area offices in San Francisco and Redwood City. This role includes campus outreach, coordinating interviews, GPA calculations, and maintaining candidate records.

You will build relationships with target law schools and vendors, plan logistics for the summer program, monitor budgets, and provide admin support to the Recruiting Committee while protecting confidential

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years' experience in legal recruitment or professional services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate candidate interviews and correspondence; maintain candidate records and GPA calculations.
• Develop relationships with law schools, career services, student organizations, vendors, and recruitment professionals.
• Plan and execute logistics for the summer program and entry-level hiring, including orientation and offers.
• Develop and monitor budgets for outreach and recruiting efforts and propose marketing strategies.
• Provide administrative support to the Recruiting Committee and prepare recruitment statistics and reports.
• Protect confidential and sensitive information.
