California Hydronics Corp in Rocklin, CA is hiring an Associate Quotations and Submittal Coordinator. You will analyze bid specifications, prepare competitive project quotes, and organize submittal data to enhance the customer experience.

In this role, you will collaborate with Outside Sales Engineers, branch offices, and Business Development to align with regional sales strategies and maintain organized project files.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical/plumbing plans and specs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Adobe Acrobat; familiarity with Salesforce/NetSuite a plus.

Responsibilities

• Quotations: Review mechanical/plumbing plans, perform take-offs, extract bid documents, and prepare competitive project quotes.
• Collaboration: Partner with Outside Sales Engineers, branch offices, and Business Development teams.
• Submittals: Prepare, update, and deliver accurate product submittal documentation to customers and maintain master files.
• Customer Service: Maintain clear communication and provide top-tier support to clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Hourly Rate: $31.25 to $37.50
