Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, English, Journalism or related field OR 4 years of proposal development or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated creative and business writing skills.
• PC skills and experience in Microsoft products.
• Verbal and written communication skills to complete Requests for Proposals, coordinates activities with many departments, and incorporates layman’s terms in the proposal.
• Demonstrated project management, organizing, planning and scheduling.

Job Summary

This position is responsible for initiating the writing and coordinating of the activities associated with the request for proposal (RFP) process ensuring the highest quality of service is provided while remaining consistent with the company's policies, procedures and philosophies. Participate in the activities involved in the resolution of issues associated with the RFP process ensuring follow-through to resolution. Coordinate projects with support from a proposal writer or senior proposal writer and with strict adherence to detailed customer specifications. Draft proposal-ready response materials to utilize as a reference tool to complete future proposals or internal requests.

Required Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, English, Journalism or related field OR 4 years of proposal development or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated creative and business writing skills.
• PC skills and experience in Microsoft products.
• Verbal and written communication skills to complete Requests for Proposals, coordinates activities with many departments, and incorporates layman’s terms in the proposal.
• Demonstrated project management, organizing, planning and scheduling.

Preferred Job Qualifications

• Experience and skills with proposal automation software such as Qvidian or Responsive.
• Proposal writing experience in the commercial field.
• Prior experience in a business setting working in a proposal development unit, marketing, communications or publishing.

Base Pay Range $47,500.00 - $86,000.00 Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
