Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) seeks a detail‑oriented professional to support sales representatives or account management in prospecting, acquiring, or renewing business. The role involves building relationships with customer representatives/brokers, coordinating enrollment activities, and assisting with RFPs and renewals.

This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days remote. Base pay ranges from $47,500 to $86,000 per year, with eligibility for an incentive plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree and 1 year of experience in health insurance/health care field in a service/sales/marketing position involving initiative and decision-making OR 5 years of experience in health care management in a marketing service representative role OR 5 years of experience in sales/marketing or health care management/claims/provider service experience involving processing or coordination of services for health care clients.
• State Insurance License(s) or obtain State Insurance License(s) within required time frame per state regulations.
• Organizational and decision-making skills; written and verbal communications skills including telephone skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with both internal and external contacts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze reports, participate in enrollment meetings, gather information for RFPs, and assist with new accounts or renewals.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan. Flex employees are expected to be in the office a minimum of three days a week. Management will have discretion to modify an employee's weekly schedule for exigent circumstances.

Base Pay Range $47,500.00 - $86,000.00 Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
