Go Store It Self-Storage is seeking a Part-Time Property Manager to operate on-site, maintain the facility, and serve as the face of the brand. The role blends maintenance, customer service, sales, and reputation management to drive tenant satisfaction and new rentals.

The ideal candidate will manage light maintenance tasks, support rentals, and contribute to online reviews, while upholding a professional image both in person and online.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine customer-service orientation.
• Comfort interacting with prospective and current tenants, including answering questions and closing rentals.
• A positive, professional demeanor that reflects well on the company in person and online.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance & Upkeep: Replace light bulbs, fix leaks, paint walls; inspect building systems and grounds; assist with landscaping and cleaning; respond promptly to issues; follow safety guidelines.
• Customer Service & Sales: Greet tenants, guide rentals, answer questions, close rentals, build tenant relationships to drive retention, improve on-site experience.
• Online Reputation & Reviews: Maintain clean property to encourage positive impressions and reviews; invite tenants to share experiences; address concerns promptly to protect online reputation.
