Job summary

Public Storage in Texas is hiring a Property Manager. You will work independently across multiple locations, assessing storage needs, advising on packing supplies, and ensuring units are ready to rent.

Daily duties include inspecting inventory, auditing cash drawers, processing payments, and making reminder calls. A valid driver's license and own vehicle are required to travel between sites; mileage is reimbursed, and a performance bonus is available.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service-based sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability helps make sure spaces are ready to rent.
• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits are part of the daily business.
• We help keep our customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.
