Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform daily site inspections and oversee the construction management team.
• Review and track contractor submittals.
• Monitor project cost, schedule, safety quality and contract compliance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and progress reports.
• Lead and document site coordination and progress meetings.
• Ensure compliance with DEP standards and enforce safety protocols.
