Job summary

WSP USA seeks an Associate Project Manager to support planning, coordination, and execution of transmission and substation projects. You will work with Project Management, Production and Project Services to ensure deliverables align with contract objectives.

You will track progress, prepare reports, manage budgets under supervision, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while traveling for meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, engineering management, or construction management required.
• 3+ years of professional experience in engineering, construction, and/or electric power industry.
• Basic understanding of project management principles and processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates daily project activities with internal teams, clients, vendors and contractors to ensure tasks are on schedule.
• Monitors project progress by tracking KPIs, identifying risks or delays, and reporting findings to senior team members.
